Constantine Back to School Fair 5K Run/Walk

This 5K is not professionally timed, it is run on the HS/MS Cross Country Course on high school grounds, the Cross Country team works the event and donations to the cross country team are accepted. You can run or walk the 5K as we are promoting getting up and moving. 1 mile can also be run or walked. A permission/waiver will be available for signing, minors must have a signed permission slip. Registration begins at 8:30 AM.

The Food Bank of South Central Michigan and the Three Rivers Food Site will be hosting 3 fresh food initiatives on Saturday's, July 21, August 25 and September 15th, from 1:00 to 3 PM at Scidmore Park in Three Rivers. Anyone in St. Joseph County in need of fresh food can come and pick up free fresh vegetables by signing a statement that they need the food. Naturally, everyone that has been coming to the any of the St. Joseph County Food Sites are eligible for these additional items, and they do not count towards your monthly distributions. If you have extra boxes or grocery bags, please bring them with you. Thanks!

HealthTRACkers is for runners of all abilities! This program will feature running, plyometric exercises, drills, resistance training, stretching and more! Class takes place on Mondays from 6-7pm. Class will meet in the Three Rivers HealthTRAC Community Room to start each week. New This Year!! HealthTRACkers are invited to participate on an additional day each week for WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS!! This is a free, fun, inclusive all weather workout. Learn to LOVE the challenge of stadium stairs and track workouts. All fitness levels welcome! Project Connect and Veterans Stand Down

This event is a day of FREE goods & services provided by over 75 local agencies and organizations. Come connect with all the services available to you in Saint Joseph County including but not limited to: utilities, housing, education, legal aide, healthcare/insurance, parent groups, employment, senior services, and transportation. Many services will be available on site including free medical health screening, shots and other immunizations, food boxes, haircuts, and more. The mobile Secretary of State unit will also be on site providing services. A meal is also served to all who attend. Free transportation to and from this event is available through SJC Transportation Authority- call 269-273-7808 with at least 72 hours notice.
